A few days before the design phase we'll kick off with an intensive strategy session (up to 2 hours via Zoom) where I'll extract your unique value proposition, target audience insights, market positioning, and brand personality. This isn't just chat – it's the strategic foundation that ensures your brand will stand out and perform.
NEXT: DESIGN PHASE
Week 1: Based on our strategy work, I'll craft your mood board and strategic colour palette, giving you the first glimpse of your brand's new vibe. This crucial step ensures we're aligned before diving into full concept development.
Weeks 2-3: Now the real magic happens! I'll develop two distinct brand concepts, each presented as a complete identity suite with variations for different applications, business card design and brand mockups. You'll receive a comprehensive presentation along with a personalised 15-30 minute video where I break down the strategic thinking behind every design decision.Weeks 3-4: After selecting your preferred concept, we'll refine it with up to two rounds of revisions until it perfectly captures your vision.
Weeks 4-5: Once you're thrilled with the final result and payment is processed, you'll receive your comprehensive brand guide, all digital files, and a walkthrough video – everything you need to launch your new brand with a bang!

After your deposit is settled, we'll schedule an in-depth strategy session (up to 2 hours via Zoom) where we'll map out your website structure, user flows, and conversion goals. This is where we establish the strategic blueprint that will drive every design decision. From here, you’ll have up to 4 weeks to gather your written copy, images, and complete your website checklist (don't worry – I'll guide you on exactly what you need to prepare.)
NEXT: DESIGN PHASE
Week 1: Design work begins, with your strategy and content in hand, I start building your custom Squarespace website from scratch.
Week 3-4: This is the exciting part! You'll get access to your first website draft – a custom-built Squarespace site designed with your business goals in mind (that just so happens to look amazing).
Weeks 4-5: We'll fine-tune your website with up to two rounds of revisions, making sure every element perfectly aligns with your brand – and is strategically optimised to convert browsers into clients.
Week 6: After you've approved your website, I’ll handle all the technical details of taking your site live and connecting your domain. Then it's time to celebrate as your powerful new online presence starts working for you 24/7!
