  • 6 weeks

  • FIRST UP: STRATEGIC PLANNING

    After your deposit is settled, we'll schedule an in-depth strategy session (up to 2 hours via Zoom) where we'll map out your website structure, user flows, and conversion goals. This is where we establish the strategic blueprint that will drive every design decision. From here, you’ll have up to 4 weeks to gather your written copy, images, and complete your website checklist (don't worry – I'll guide you on exactly what you need to prepare.)

    NEXT: DESIGN PHASE

    Week 1: Design work begins, with your strategy and content in hand, I start building your custom Squarespace website from scratch.

    Week 3-4: This is the exciting part! You'll get access to your first website draft – a custom-built Squarespace site designed with your business goals in mind (that just so happens to look amazing).

    Weeks 4-5: We'll fine-tune your website with up to two rounds of revisions, making sure every element perfectly aligns with your brand – and is strategically optimised to convert browsers into clients.

    Week 6: After you've approved your website, I’ll handle all the technical details of taking your site live and connecting your domain. Then it's time to celebrate as your powerful new online presence starts working for you 24/7!

  • $4,800 AUD + GST

    • 25% deposit is required to lock-in your design start date.

    • Progress payment structure available.

    • Your package can be customised further with ‘add-ons’, take a look at the section below to see what else you can add to your website package.

  • Online Shop Add-on: 

    • Integration of eCommerce functionality within website front-end and back-end

    • Shop page designed with up-to 10 items set up for eCommerce

    • Basic SEO integration included for Shop page and individual shop items

    • Cost = $2,000 AUD +GST

    Additional Pages:

    • Standard pages = $300 AUD +GST each

    • Long-format pages = $500 AUD +GST each

    • Terms pages = $50 AUD +GST each

    • Blog articles = $100 AUD +GST each

    • Shop Products = $100 AUD +GST each

    Domain Integration:

    • Integration of domain url if purchased via external third party provider (eg. Crazy Domains, New Domain, etc.)

    • Cost = $250 AUD +GST

    Note: If domain is purchased via Squarespace or GoDaddy integration is FREE.

    Google Workspace Email Set-up:

    • Set-up of email via Squarespace with Google Workspace

    • Cost = $250 AUD +GST

    Squarespace Email Campaigns Set-up:

    • Set-up of email marketing system on your website via Squarespace’s inbuilt Email Campaigns

    • Newsletter sign-up applied across website pages/footer

    • Pop-up subscribe

    • Welcome email automation set-up

    • 1 Standard email template to match your brand and website design

    Website Training:

    • Specifically for website design clients at a special reduced rate

    • Session is recorded and sent to you for your future reference

    • 2-3hrs Squarespace training and detailed walk-though of your website functionality

    • Cost = $250 AUD + GST Website Package
